Eligibility for DBS Scheme
- Applicants must be children of police personnel (Sub-inspector and below ranks).
- Applicants must belong to the following states of India- Karnataka. Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Telangana, and Puducherry.
- Students must be currently studying in classes 9 and 10.
- Children of DBS bank employees are not eligible for this scholarship program.

Benefits for Scholarship
Selected candidates will receive any scholarship amount of INR 20000 per year for a duration of 3 years (up to class 12).
Note- The scholarship amount can be utilized for only academic expenses including hostel fees, tuition fees, internet service, learning, laptop, books, stationery, online learning, food charges, etc.
Required documents
- Applicant’s mark sheet of the previous academic year.
- Applicant`s Aadhar card.
- Employee ID card of the parent who is police personnel.
- Admission proof of current year (fee receipt/admission letter/institution identity card/Bonafide certificate).
- Applicant’s bank account details.
- Applicants photograph.
